So as many of you know if you are a regular reader of my blog, that we have had some drama with the pool man. Despite the fact that he ran off with our money, pulled a gun on Dave and frankly has caused us some undue stress, he has now called and announced that he "most likely" will be starting our pool again in 2 weeks. Pouring concrete for the backyard. Yep...that's right, our backyard is still dirt.
The dirt in the backyard is a problem...it makes for a very messy house as the animals carry the dirt inside. Also, our normally white and black dog (we have a dalmation) is now more of an off white or crepe color and gray...not very pretty.
Anyway, Dave has kindly informed the pool man that he will not be holding his breath, but we are living on the hope that this man is telling the truth.
I guess we will just have to wait and see. Stay tuned for another adventure in Pool building...

I just hope it is done by summer. At this rate it might not even be done by next summer.
I really hope your pool gets built this time. I anxiously await more news.
